If blogging seems light lately
it's because my Mom took the kids apple picking last weekend and they picked 70 lbs of apples! So I'm spending my days looking for apple recipes. We had baked apples and apple pie. Tomorrow is apple cake and I'm considering apple pancakes for dinner...maybe some apple chip cookies or macaroni and apples?

how about the apple pie filling like at boston market? They are in a heavy syrup with cinnamon cooked through.
